Case study example:
Title Plan spit of an existing house that was converted into two flats
The client was already living in the ground-floor flat, and rented out the flat above. They wanted to sell the flat, but it turned out the house had been converted years ago by a family member. The title and deeds did represent this, so their solicitor requested a title plan showing the two flats and enabling them to be split into two titles, which then allowed the top flat to be sold at market rate.
YPP carried out the measured survey and produced as-built drawings, dimensioned floor plan layouts and lease drawings.
